| 摘 要： | 在企业实施知识管理过程中 ,知识资源的组织已经成为核心要素之一。本文介绍了知识资源的定义、种类及其特征 ,论述了知识资源的分类和知识资源的发现 ,企业通过构建知识地图、知识仓库以及知识整合等方式对知识资源进行组织。组织有序的企业知识资源将会给组织的创新和生存带来无限的发展空间

| Abstract: | The restructuring of knowledge resources has become one of the core ingredients in the execution of enterprise knowledge management. The paper defines knowledge resources,analyzes its categories and characteristics.It specifies the way to categorizing and recognizing of knowledge resources.Enterprises can restructure knowledge resources by constructing knowledge map,knowledge repository and knowledge integration.By restructuring an enterprise's knowledge resources,an organization can have unlimited creative and developing space. |
