| 摘 要： | 资源共享是图书情报事业发展面临的一个新的课题 ,现代科学技术的发展 ,特别是计算机和网络的日益普及 ,为文献信息资源共享创造了良好的条件。本文探讨了实施资源共享的重要性和意义 ,介绍了国家科技图书文献中心成立的背景、任务、管理模式及发展现状 ,总结了中心推进资源共建共享的启示 ,分析了中心的建立与发展对我国科技信息管理体制改革所产生的影响

| Abstract: | Resource sharing is a new subject faced to the development of information undertaking.The development of modern science and technology,especially the increasing popularization of computer and network,creates favourable conditions for information resources sharing.This article approaches the importance and significance of implementing resource sharing,introduces the establishing background,task,managerial pattern and developing status quo of National Science and Technology Library(NSTL), summarizes the enlightenment from that the NSTL promotes the joint construction and sharing of information resources,analyses the influence of the establishment and development of NSTL upon China's S&T information management system reform. |
