| 摘 要： | 博士、硕士学位论文是我国拥有自主知识产权的重要信息资源和知识宝藏,具有重大的开发和利用价值。为此,科技部批准进行“国家学位论文服务体系研究”项目研究,旨在构架国家学位论文的收集加工、整合集成和共享服务的管理框架,构造良好的学位论文管理的政策环境与服务模式。文章作为项目成果之一,通过全国范围内的学位论文资源的首次问卷调查,分析了我国学位论文的管理状况,阐述了我国学位论文管理运行框架,并针对亟待解决的问题提出了行之有效的对策建议。 |

| Abstract: | Dissertation is one of the most important information resource and knowledge treasures which owns independent intellectual property,and possess significant value in exploitation and use.Therefore,the project of "research of national dissertation service system" has been authorized by the Ministry of Science and Technology in order to make a management construction of national dissertation's collection and processing,integration and shared service,and meanwhile a good policy environment and service mode of dissertation's management will be constructed.This article is one of the item productions.According to the first questionnaire investigation about dissertation resource all through the country,it analyses the dissertation management situation in China,and expatiates the operation construction of dissertation management,moreover,in allusion to the earnestly needed to be settled issue,it also proposes the countermeasure suggestion. |
