| 摘 要： | 知识链与知识管理是密切相关的,对知识链的研究有助于知识管理研究。本文首先分析了Richard和Holsapple等人的知识链模型及其改进模型所存在的一些问题,然后结合知识管理思想和人工智能技术,提出了基于人工智能的知识链模型,并对模型进行了详细的阐述。该模型强调技术支持,可对知识链的构建与实施提供有益的指导。

| Abstract: | Knowledge chain has a close relationship with knowledge management,and knowledge management can benefit from knowledge chain.First,this paper reviews the limitations of current knowledge chain models of Richard and Holsapple,then advances a knowledge chain model based on artificial intelligence,which combines knowledge management and AI technology.At last,the proposed model is discussed in detail.The AI-based model emphasizes on technology support and could direct the building of knowledge chain. |
