基于要素细分的竞争情报四维分析框架

摘    要:根据竞争情报的本质,提炼出竞争情报应包含的分析要素,并基于已有的方法提出了一个由分析对象、分析目标、情报过程、情报周期四维构成的分析框架,对框架构建的要求、框架的构成方式进行了研究。描述了框架表达的竞争情报理念、和框架能较容易明确应该分析的分析内容、可对现有竞争情报分析方法进行类分、可表达出竞争情报和战略的紧密联系、有利于形成企业的情报文化等特点。基于框架提出情报价值是在情报周期的循环中产生的。最后阐述了基于框架的竞争情报分析方法。

Abstract:This paper refine some analytical factors that a competition intelligence report should include based on the essence of competition intelligence.And put forward a framework for analyzing competition intelligence according to old analysis method, which is formed form four dimensions:object,goal,process and cycle.Carried on the research on what is the request of the framework and how are the framework composing of.Describe the ideas and characteristics about the CI that the framework can express,such as it's easy to realize the contents that we must analyze,it can classify the existing CI analysis method,it can express the close relationships between CI and strategic of organization,it is advantageous to form the CI culture.At the same time,the paper thinks that the value of CI is come from the cycle of CI analysis according to the framework.Finally,the paper expatiate the analysis method of CI based on the framework.
