| 摘 要： | 用科学发展观分析了我国图书馆事业与其他事业发展不平衡、图书馆事业内部发展不平衡的种种现状，提出要用科学发展观采加以解决，要充分认识并利用以人为本，内部力争是根本这一图书馆事业发展的基本规律，要努力创造各种条件使我国图书馆事业永久持续发展，要加强行政部门对图书馆事业的科学管理使之发挥更大效益和获得更大支持。

| Abstract: | The dissertation analysis our country library business together with a variety of presents situation of else business development disequilibrium and development disequilibrium of library business inside in the way of the scientific view of development, and proposing employing the scientific view of development to resolve, the fundamental regular pattern of library business development will be sufficiently utilized, and will produce hard the different terms causing the business in our country library develops everlastingly, and will strengthen the scientific administration that the administration department adjust the library business causing it and brings into play the greater beneficial result and obtains the grester support. |
