| 摘 要： | 论述了在区域信息化发展的环境下，区域性信息资源共建共享中的制约因素．指出了区域性图书馆联盟在区域性信息资源建设中的作用。分析了中美区域性图书馆联盟的发展差异，提出了以区域性图书馆联盟为基础构建区域性信息资源共建共享保障体系的构想。
