| 摘 要： | 重点阐述了新世纪知识经济社会对图书馆专业技术人才的要求，并提出在图书馆的人事改革方面，可以引进公开竞争聘任的机制。同时对图书馆职工的考核与职称的评定，对图书馆馆员的培养与继续教育以及人才使用等方面提出了思路和建议。

| Abstract: | The author of this paper concentrates on the social needs of the professional technical librarians in the new century's society of knowledge economy.Library wants to reform the personal system.In order to build a new library's professional librarian system,the author suggests that we can import the system of a position engagement of free competition and make reformation on librarian's appoint to a position,on their work examination,on the determination of professional post,on librarian's training and continuing education,and the employment of professional librarians,etc. |
