| Abstract: | The positive effects on library modernization of open source integrated library automatic system(OSILAS) was mentioned,the chief obstacle to applying OSILAS in domestic libraries was analyzed,and then the strategies for promoting domestically OSILAS were discussed.The authors' opinion was that a superincumbent route may be the most effective way. |
