| Abstract: | Facing the new tendency, librarians should be keeping abreast of the times, strengthen and train the information idea and information consciousness, improve the technological ability of information processing constantly, be familiar with the professional knowledge of information service post, make great efforts to mold oneself into the digital library librarian adapted to the need of new era.Speaking up from this meaning, it has important realistic meanings to probe into the literacy molding of librarian in digital library in new situation. |
