| 摘 要： | 针对国内学位论文使用授权协议制定尚未完善的现状,探究授权协议的规范与实施,促进国内更好地进行学位论文资源的传播和利用。文章采用网络调查法对中美各20所高校的学位论文版权政策及授权协议进行比较分析,调查发现:相较于美国高校,中国高校授权协议在规范性、友好度等方面的表现存在欠缺。基于此,中国高校可借鉴美国高校的管理经验,从明确学位论文版权归属、规范授权流程、加强版权管理、建立分级管理模式等方面进行改进。

| Abstract: | In view of the current situation that authorization agreements for domestic professional theses have not been perfected,this paper explores the norms and implementation of the authorization agreements to promote the better dissemination and utilization of dissertation resources in China.Using the network investigation method,it compares the copyright policies and authorization agreements of 20 colleges and universities in China and the United States,and finds that Chinese university authorization agreement is lacking in terms of standardization,friendliness and so on.Therefore,Chinese universities can learn from the management experience of American universities,and make improvements from the aspects of clarifying the dissertation copyright ownership,regulating the authorization process,strengthening copyright management,and establishing hierarchical management models. |
