| 摘 要： | 在开放存取运动中，机构知识库、学科知识库和开放存取期刊成为这个运动的主要分支，而其中又以机构知识库的发展最为迅速．机构知识库侧重于收集保存本机构内产生的数字化的科研成果，并向机构内外的成员提供对其所收藏内容的免费获取使用。文章介绍了国内外关于机构知识库的研究慨况，探讨了关于机构知识库的概念、范畴、功能和益处，特别是讨论了机构知识库发展中的各种问题。

| Abstract: | Institutional repository, discipline repository, and open access journal are the three main embranchments of the open access movement. In the three embranchments, institutional repository develops most quickly. Institutional repository provides collection, storage, dissemination, management and stewardship of digital intellectual output created by the institution. The article summarizes the research on institutional repository at home and abroad. The and explore the concepts, scope, functions and benefits of institutional repository. And some problems in the development of institutional repository are discussed emphatically. |
