| 摘 要： | 数字图书馆的建设不可避免涉及著作权人的知识产权保护,在保护著作权人的知识产权方面主要涉及信息资源数字化过程中的复制权和信息传递过程中的信息网络传播权。文章论述通过成立版权集体管理机构、传统版权交易、实行“法定许可使用”、扩大图书馆合理使用的范围、使用者发布要约、授权要约等六种方式取得作者授权而避免侵权。

| Abstract: | During the construction of digital library,the question of copyright protection is unavoidably concerned,which mainly with the duplicating right in the digitization of information resource and the network popularizing right of information in transfer.The paper puts forward six methods to avoid tort such as the establishment of joint copyright management organization,traditional copyright trade,implementation of "use with legal permit",enlarging the field of proper use for library,user's declaration of agreement and authorization agreement,etc. |
