| 摘 要： | 数字图书馆的出现必然产生一系列新的有关版权问题。数字图书馆要正确处理合理利用文献资料与版权保护之间的关系。数字图书馆在建设过程中必须严格维护著作权人的权利，避免侵犯版权，这样才能使数字图书馆得以健康发展。
