| 摘 要： | 主体性视角下的网络空间关系是主体虚拟实践所构建的，虚构性是其本质特征。在从现实到虚拟转换过程中，主体的非理性冲破了理性的束缚，主导了主体的行为，造成了网络信息活动的失范。从主体性角度来看,防范网络信息活动失范，应从增加制度供给和强化主体理性着手，通过引导主体在网络实践过程中培养其网络理性，以人的理性规范和引导非理性因素以达到目的。

| Abstract: | The cyberspace is established by the virtual-practice of the subject, and the fabrication is the most obvious feature. During the course of the transfer from reality to fabrication, the subjects break out the bondage of rationality and dominate their behaviors, leading to the irregularity of information activities. At the angle of subjectivity, to prevent the irregularity of information activities, the cyber-regulation should be created and the subjects should cultivate their cyber-rationality to regulate and pilot them to achieve the expected purpose. |
