| 摘 要： | 数字图书馆在发展过程中涉及到诸多的知识产权保护问题，本文着重论述其在资源开发、建设中涉及的著作权保护问题。数字图书馆资源的开发和建设包含了开发现实馆藏和建设虚拟馆藏，作者就此提出了一些思考和建议。
