| 摘 要： | 目前国内图书馆FAQ的建设方兴未艾、呈百花齐放之态势，FAQ服务成为各馆开展网上参考咨询服务的重要方式。文章从研究FAQ服务的基本功能与定位出发，对图书馆FAQ建设中有关内容选择、结构设计以及FAQ日后管理与维护等进行了探讨，并提出了几点意见和建议。
