| 摘 要： | 对图书馆学的研究对象，图书馆的定义，图书馆的基本原则进行了再认识，提出图书馆的三大基本原则；以读者为中心的原则，信息自由，资源共享的原则，文献信息增值的原则。并认为文献信息增值理念应成为图书馆工作和事业以及图书馆学研究的核心理念。
