| 摘 要： | 如何发展农村图书馆不仅仅是影响到农村发展稳定的事,更是影响到我国社会整体发展和稳定的大事,农村图书馆的发展对提升农民的文化素质和农业发展的技术水平起着决定性的作用。在文化部将2005年定为“农村文化年”之后,建设社会主义新农村的方案又适时提出,在这样的良好契机下,深入、广泛地探讨我国农村图书馆发展的道路,具有重大的现实和历史意义。

| Abstract: | How to develop rural library is the matter influencing not only the development of rural areas but also the development and stability of the whole society.The improvement of rural library contributes to a determinant in promoting culture qualities of villager and enforcing the technology level of rural areas.The program of building new socialist rural areas has been propounded after the Culture Ministry appointed the year 2005 as "The Year for Rural Culture".At this crucial moment,investigating the development of our rural library deeply and widely bears important and historic significance. |
