| 摘 要： | 分析英国公共图书馆为特殊群体开展阅读推广活动所取得的成效,以期对我国公共图书馆特殊群体服务提供借鉴及经验指导,促进公共图书馆服务均等化。文章采用文献研究法、案例分析法以及邮件调研的方式,选取英国部分公共图书馆阅读推广活动案例以及英国国家扫盲信托基金会(National Literacy Trust)和阅读机构(The Reading Agency)的阅读项目等进行分析研究。并对我国公共图书馆特殊群体阅读推广活动提出3点建议:加强公共图书馆与社会机构间的合作;注重品牌服务的评估机制;拓宽品牌阅读项目的受众群体。

| Abstract: | Library reading programs oriented to special groups in the UK could be of great reference for the public library services in China,which could enhance the equal access to public library services.In this paper,some reading programs(activities) from the public libraries,National Literacy Trust and the Reading Agency of the UK are selected and analyzed by means of literature review,case study and mail survey.Hence,three suggestions are proposed on the public library services to special groups in China:to promote cooperation between public libraries and social institutions;to stress the evaluation mechanism of library branded service;to expand the user bases of branded reading programs. |
