| 摘 要： | 统计分析了近年来国内信息用户需求和信息用户行为研究的发文情况，描述了信息用户需求和信息用户行为研究的主要内容，总结了信息用户需求和信息用户行为研究的特点，从而发现，从事信息用户需求及信息用户行为研究的著者成果稀少，专业人员奇缺，信息用户需求及信息用户行为研究有待加强。
