厦门大学图书馆的绩效考核评价体系

摘    要:通过厦门大学图书馆绩效考核评价体系改革实践,探讨BSC与KPI相结合的高校图书馆绩效考核评价体系的构建,提出绩效回报预期和创建过程中的注意事项,力图探索更科学的绩效考核方法,实现高校图书馆绩效考核评价体系创新,助推“双一流”建设下的高校重大战略目标实现。

Abstract:Based on the reform practice of Xiamen University Library’s performance appraisal,this paper proposes a feasible performance appraisal system for university libraries,in which both BSC and KPI are combined,and key issues in both the construction process and the rewarding process are pointed out.It aims to explore a more scientific and efficient performance appraisal method for university libraries,so as to realize the innovation of their performance appraisal system and contribute more to the construction of“D ouble First-Rate Universities”.
