| 摘 要： | 中非智库合作进入新时代。为全面落实中非合作论坛北京峰会成果,加快中非命运共同体的构建,中非智库论坛第八届会议就“中非智库媒体交流合作与中非话语权建设”议题进行深入探讨。构建命运共同体对中非智库媒体提出新要求,讲好中非故事、捍卫话语权是中非智库媒体的新使命。中非应强化智库建设,构建全方位、立体化的中非智库合作网络;拓展中非智库合作领域,聚焦治国理政、职业教育、出版传播、法律服务等;加强智库媒体融合,创新叙事方式和路径,提升话语权和影响力,为共筑中非命运共同体提供智慧支持。

| Abstract: | Think tanks and media cooperation between China and Africa has entered a new era.In order to fully implement the follow-up actions of the 2018 Beijing summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation,accelerate the building of China-Africa Community with shared future,the Eighth Meeting of the China-Africa Think Tanks Forum was held on August 25-27,2019.Scholars and experts presented in the conference held in-depth discussions on the think tanks and media exchange and cooperation between China and Africa,as well as the building of Chinese and African discourse power.To build a community with shared future comes up with new requirements for Chinese and African think tanks and media.It is a new mission for Chinese and African think tanks and media to tell good stories about both China and Africa,and to defend their rights to speak.Generally,three fields should be attached greater importance.First,China and Africa should strengthen the construction of think tanks,and build a comprehensive and multi-dimensional network of China-Africa think tanks cooperation.Second,China and Africa should expand the scope of think tanks cooperation,focusing on governance,vocational education,publication and communication,legal services,etc.Third,China and Africa should strengthen the integration of the think tanks and the media,innovate the narrative modes and path,enhance the discourse power and influence,and offer strong intellectual support for building China-Africa community with shared future as well. |
