| Abstract: | The article clarified the concept and the characteristics of digitized business of the library, introduced the outsourcing method which starts in the enterprise management and operation widely to use, and its application in the library business. The author elaborated the scope to introduce the outsourcing of digitized business of library emphatically. The article comprehensively discussed the tactics for outsourcing of digitized business of library, from these angles that determine the scope of outsourcing business, choice for the provider of outsourcing service, business process reengineering in the plan and management for project group in the execution and so on. |
