| Abstract: | Union Community Library is the direction of future development,this paper discuss the Cooperation with cities and universities to Establishment of community libraries,and put forward it's management mode base on its organizational structure,again for ensure it's effective work with through effective implementation of competition and coordination mechanisms,incentives and reward and punishment mechanism. |
