| 摘 要： | 信息资源的整合是网络环境下图书馆开展参考咨询服务的基础，但是目前网络信息纷繁复杂，对这些信息的整合远没达到令人满意的程度，存在着很多问题。图书馆对此应采取有力措施，提高参考咨询服务能力和质量，以使图书馆在未来的竞争中能更好地生存和发展。
