| 摘 要： | 版权问题关系到数字图书馆的生存和发展。文章以超星数字图书馆已获得10万名作者的签约授权为切入点，阐述了数字图书馆与著作权法的关系，解决版权问题的基本思路和方法，以及数字图书馆版权解决方案的具体实施，最后对如何逐步解决我国数字图书版权问题提出若干建议。
