| 摘 要： | 对我国内地现已制定的12部图书馆法规进行比较研究,通过重点分析法规中的图书馆设置及目的、经费保障、文献资源建设和图书馆管理等问题,总结我国地方图书馆法建设取得的成绩及存在的问题.
