| 摘 要： | 现有的几种著作权许可模式各有优点与缺点,都不能有效解决数字图书馆著作权授权问题.从著作权限制角度考虑,为了公共利益、民族利益的需要,赋予公益性数字图书馆建设法定许可将是一条必要的、可行的途径.

| Abstract: | The existing models of copyright license have their own advantages and disadvantages,so that they all can't solve effectively the problem of copyright authorization in the construction of digital libraries.Considering copyright limititions,for the public interest and national interest,it will be a necessary and feasible way to give legal license to the construction of nonprofit digital libraries. |
