| 摘 要： | 从分析高校图书馆勤工助学的特征与问题入手，简要引述了相关的研究工作，介绍了某高校图书馆勤工助学管理信息系统的建立与作用，并对该系统的改进与下一步工作进行展望，最后指出该系统的实践对于高校勤工助学的科学管理与知识交流工作的促进作用。

| Abstract: | Firstly,the article analyses the characteristics and the problems about the work-study program in academic library,then introduces related works briefly,moreover,a Management Information System of work-study program is explored and its improvement is present,finally,a conclusion that the system is helpful to scientific management and knowledge communication in work-study program is drawn. |
