| 摘 要： | 第四次"全国国民阅读调查"结果显示我国的国民阅读状况不容乐观.图书馆在促进公众阅读、培养社会阅读意识和阅读习惯方面应该承担更多的责任,以推动阅读社会的建设与发展.文章提出了图书馆倡导全民阅读的思路和建议.
