人文服务理念在图书馆读者服务中的体现

摘    要:图书馆人文服务理念强调突出读者的主体地位,实现以读者为中心的服务原则.人文服务理念是图书馆服务方式改革与创新的出发点和落脚点,在读者服务过程中充分体现人文服务理念是图书馆服务理念转变的必然趋势.为此,文章提出图书馆人文服务理念,并探讨如何在日常的读者服务工作中体现人文服务理念.
