| 摘 要： | 广东流动图书馆作为一种解决区域经济发展不平衡、文化资源配置不合理问题的新模式,是广东省构建公共图书馆服务体系的重要组成部分。文章在总结广东流动图书馆模式创新性的基础上,提出通过加快立法进程,完善公共财政体制,调整公共图书馆建设体制,建立绩效评价与监督机制等推动广东流动图书馆模式制度化。
