| 摘 要： | 通过对哈尔滨市图书馆报刊阅览室的430住读者进行问卷调查,统计:(1)公共图书馆的报刊读者对象及其基本构成;(2)读者对馆藏报刊的阅读利用情况;(3)读者对馆藏报刊的满意度;(4)读者对馆藏报刊订购意见和建议.据此,为公共图书馆更好地满足报刊读者阅读需求,做好读者信息服务工作以及报刊的订购工作提供参考和依据.
