| Abstract: | University library is an important infrastructure of higher education.The library service in university should adjust to the demands of the socialist market economy and meet the needs of the higher education industrialization.It should provide the library information service by ways of knowledge,individuality,society and network.And it should provide mighty guarantee for higher education to expand its scale and promote its quality.Thus,it can propel higher education industry to develop in a healthy and systematic direction. |
