| 摘 要： | 我国的信息资源整合基本上分系统进行，缺乏技术沟通和管理沟通，由此提出了面向用户的服务平台构建问题。文章从这一现实出发，在分析信息资源整合平台跨系统建设需求与现存问题的基础上，按信息资源建设规划原则提出了跨系统平台模式和建设对策。
