| 摘 要： | 图书馆网站是高校数字图书馆提供知识服务的主要平台。从图书馆网站上的"数字化参考咨询服务"、"馆藏资源服务"、"专业化知识服务"、"个性化知识服务"、"面向UGC的知识服务"和"移动知识服务"等六个方面展开调研,发现目前国内高校图书馆知识服务的现状及存在的问题。整合多元信息资源,满足用户多维需求、提供深度数字参考咨询服务、提高知识分享功能、借鉴移动服务模式等措施是提高高校图书馆知识服务主要途径。

| Abstract: | The websites are main platform of digital library.We research the present situation and the existing problems of knowledge service in university digital library.The research framework includes "digital reference service","collection resources service","professional knowledge service","personalized knowledge service","knowledge service about UGC" and "mobile knowledge service" and so on six aspects.Integrating information resources,satisfying the customer personalized demand,providing depth digital reference service,improving the knowledge sharing function and so on strategies can improve knowledge service level. |
