| 摘 要： | 图书馆员在职业中的成长与发展,直接关系到工作效益的提高和图书馆服务质量的改善,如何使图书馆员的成长与组织目标相配合是人力资源开发的重要议题。文章分析了图书馆员的职业发展模式,并设计了能够融合馆员个人发展目的和组织发展目的职业开发系统。
