| 摘 要： | 考察了当前互联网上已建的市县级图书馆网站的现状，认为已建市县级图书馆网站存在把现实的图书馆功能简单搬上网、特色不鲜明、缺乏必要的技术支撑等主要缺失；认为基于地域相近、历史文化资源大致相同及行政上的归属关系等原因，市县级图书馆有必要联合起来，共建共享网站，以达到更好地为读者提供网络服务的目的。

| Abstract: | By having explored the present situation about the established web- sites of public in cities and counties, the article considered that there were some main disadvantages, such as moving the existed library functions into the net mechanically, having no distinct features and lacking some necessary skill sustaining. In order to provide better web - sites service to the reader, the libraries in cities and counties had no choice but to unite and share the existed resource because of their similar region, their identical historical culture resources and their same administrative division. |
