| Abstract: | The theoretical significance of library knowledge- transmission and innovation based on innovation theory under current information age was discussed, library was considered as the cradle for knowledge - innovation; library was asked to provide services for knowledge - innovation in the new age, and the great challenge library met was to transform knowledge and information into advanced productive power rapidly. The signiticance and function of library knowledge - transmission and innovation were discussed; the measures and approaches for library to conduct knowledge- transmission and innovation were put forward. |
