| 摘 要： | 本文作者根据策划所在单位与大夫网站信息服务合作的案例，探讨高校图书馆与商业网站的合作方式。文章也提出在网络经济低迷时期，网站的业务发展受阻，挑选合作伙伴更加谨慎，高校图书馆应加强自身资源建设和提高服务能力，争取竞争优势，吸引网站的目光。
