| 摘 要： | 调查分析广东省37所本科高校图书馆学科馆员制度建设情况，发现广东高校图书馆学科馆员制度的建设仍然处于摸索和尝试阶段，指出学科馆员服务在广东进展缓慢的主要原因是人手不够、队伍素质不高和院系反映冷淡。

| Abstract: | The writer had investigated 37 university libraries,indagating their construction of subject librarian system.It seems that they are still in the step of fumbling and attempting.Most of them are not real subject librarian service.The main reason is that people are not enough,the diathesis of them is not so good,and the reflection of colleges is unconcern. |
