| Abstract: | The new copyright law is an intellectual property law,which was promulgated before our country entering the WTO.Combining some regulations of international treaty such as Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works and TRIPS Agreement,and compared with the old copyright law,author comments and analyzes the new copyright law from seven aspects. |
