| Abstract: | Setting up the subject librarian system is a new measurement for academic library to serve the innovative education and deepen the documentary information service and library management. This article points out the necessary for academic library to build the subject librarian system and analyses its operating mechanism. The author also puts forward measures and suggestions on perfecting the subject librarian system. |
