| 摘 要： | 从图书馆核心价值的研究出发，论述图书馆核心价值的总体定位体现在保障读者自由利用知识信息的公益性上，其核心功能主要体现在资源整合、知识挖掘、信息传递、咨询四个方面，最后从观念澄清、需求分析、发展管理等方面就提高图书馆的核心价值进行了探讨。
