| 摘 要： | 结合广州图书馆的实际情况,通过问卷调查的方法,揭示和分析了广州地区的读者对公共图书馆的认知度以及信息需求特征,有针对性地提出加强宣传,提高图书馆的认知度;加强业务建设,提高服务质量;尊重读者需求,调整服务业务等若干建议。

| Abstract: | The essay gives an analysis of reader awareness and service requirements of public libraries in Guangzhou area based on the situation of Guangzhou Library through questionnaire survey;and thereafter puts forward some suggestions that publicity should be intensified to enhance library cognition,operation construction be strengthened to improve service quality,library business be adjusted to reader’s demand,and so on. |
