| 摘 要： | 在现代新形势下，公共图书馆必须针对网络环境，不断加强自身的软硬件设施建设，面向社会开展多种形式的信息服务，才能巩固自身的社会地位，获得更好的发展。本文结合当前公共图书馆的实际现状，探讨网络环境下公共图书馆建设与服务的方法。
