| 摘 要： | 基于复合图书馆业务流程产生的背景，提出复合图书馆业务流程设计的基本目标与要求。在分析影响复合图书馆业务流程设计的多种因素的基础上，作者探讨了复合图书馆业务流程的实施方案的基本框架，并指出现阶段推广复合图书馆的业务流程亟待解决的若干问题。

| Abstract: | Based on the background of business process of hybrid library, this paper points out the basic target and need of hybrid library business process. The author analyses some factors which impacting the design of business process of hybrid library, and discusses the basic structure of the hybrid library business process. Finally, the author points out some problems that must be solved in popularizing the hybrid library business process. |
