| 摘 要： | 分析了网络及数字化技术不断发展和越来越人性化的趋势；指出对于图书馆工作而言，我们面临的环境既是挑战又是机遇，图书馆必须重视数字化馆藏的建设，利用网络及数字化技术提高工作效率和服务层次，并论述了在网络条件下图书馆进一步体现藏以致用原则和重建文化功能的必要性和可能性。

| Abstract: | The paper puts forward that the internet and digital technology is more and more developed and humanistic , the circumstances we face now is a challenge but also a chance to develop ; points out that the library must pay more attention to establish digital collections and make use of internet and digital technology to raise the efficiency and service level ; and reasons out the capability and necessity of rebuilding the culture function of libraries . |
