| 摘 要： | 政府舆情信息工作日益重要,研究政府舆情信息工作现状,分析存在的问题,探讨解决之道,有利于政府提高舆情信息工作质量,帮助包括图书馆在内的信息服务机构提出针对性的服务策略。该文以广州市为例,调研政府舆情信息工作开展状况,通过对调研数据进行分析,归纳政府舆情信息工作存在的优点与不足,提出图书馆政府舆情信息服务对策。
